Wheaton North HS Promotes Teen Read Week™ 2017

It was such a privelege to be invited back to Wheaton North High School last Friday!

I presented my two literary fiction novels, The Fifth Floor and Just Like Ziggy for Teen Read Week™ 2017. This year's theme was "Share Your Story" so I was honored to share mine. The teens that attended my presentation had questions about writing, editing, publishing, and the inspiration behind my books. I truly enjoy this age group!

Teen Read Week™ is an annual national week to initiate teen literacy and is promoted through the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA). It's so important that we don't let teens forget just how important it is to pick up a book and read in this digital age!
