Cafe Post #29
Dear Reader, Pardon me. It's been a while since I posted. Summertime and vacations would be to blame for this and that's okay by me. Well, I'm back to writing full-time now. My husband is back to football practice prior to the 2016-17 school year begins, so this is the perfect time to say good-bye to 1/2 days and welcome a new routine. Today, I've chosen a great cafe to work at. The weather is making it all the nicer to sit outside, sip on a latte, and type away on my keyboard.
Yesterday, I was asked to be a guest at a group's book club. It's such an honor to have readers choosing my novels for their monthly book club choice. I have all of you to thank for this--you've spread the word about The Fifth Floor and Just Like Ziggy. My sincerest thanks.
A third book, the last book in the Fifth Floor trilogy is in full swing. I've learned a lot since publishing my last two books. I'd like to tell you my new novel will be available next year around this time, but you've read firsthand if you've clicked on my cafe posts, that editing, revising, and publishing don't always go as planned. However, there will be another book because I love what I do. Writing novels is an incredible journey. Thanks again readers for believing in me.
Best, Julie
